Return Policy

This Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning tickets purchased through our website for Sugar Creek Music Festival. By purchasing a ticket, pass, or accommodation, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

No Refunds: Tickets, Passes, and/or Accommodations are not subject to refunds (except for event cancellation, outlined below). No refunds will be offered for any schedule change, talent cancellations, weather issues, or otherwise. The artist lineup and schedule are subject to change at any time. Should refunds become available, information will be accessible at www.sugarcreekmusicfestival.com. Tickets, Passes, and/or Accommodations shall bear no cash value. If complimentary tickets are issued, they shall not be exchangeable. All rights reserved.

Event Cancellation: Sugar Creek Music Festival will take place rain or shine. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be available at the discretion of Sugar Creek Music Festival. Cancellation will require that all 3 days of the festival be canceled. If any day of the festival takes place, either in part or in full, the festival shall not be deemed to be canceled.

Event Rescheduling: If Sugar Creek Music Festival is postponed and rescheduled for another date within 3 months of the original scheduled date, the Ticket, Pass, and/or Accommodations shall be valid for the rescheduled date. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

Transferability: Tickets, Passes, and/or Accommodation are non-transferable. Any ticket that has been resold or transferred without authorization will be void without a refund. All attendees are required to present valid identification at the gate to gain entry to Sugar Creek Music Festival. Identification must match information provided during Ticket, Pass, and/or Accommodation purchase.

Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing a Ticket, Pass, or Accommodation for Sugar Creek Music Festival, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Ticket Purchase: All ticket sales are final, and are non-refundable (except as outlined in our Return Policy). Tickets must be purchased directly through our website or at the Main Festival Gate to be valid for entry. All attendees are required to present valid identification at the gate to gain entry to Sugar Creek Music Festival. Identification must match information provided during Ticket, Pass, and/or Accommodation purchase.

Event Conduct: All attendees must adhere to all event rules and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who violates event rules or engages in inappropriate behavior. Rules include, but are not limited to:

No Weapons
No Pets without a Pet Pass. NO EXCEPTIONS!
No Underage Drinking
No Illicit Substances
Above-Ground Fire Pits Only
No Bad Attitudes
No Swimming
No ATVs or Motorized Vehicles Cruising on Premises
No Unauthorized Vending
No Camping by Vehicles in Parking Log
Everyone Must Leave by 1 PM Sunday

Liability: Sugar Creek Music Festival and all involved parties (Including, but not limited to, Sugar Creek Productions, LLC, and Camp Manitowa) are not liable in the event of injury, sickness, death, or lost/stolen property. All Ticket holders understand this is an outdoor camping festival in a natural environment. Ticket holders acknowledge that camping and inclement weather can pose a risk of injury or death. Ticket Holders agree to attend Sugar Creek Music Festival at their own risk and voluntarily assume all risks, dangers, and weather otherwise incidental to this event. By purchasing any Ticket, Pass, or Accommodation the individual agree to indemnify and hold Sugar Creek Music Festival and all involved parties harmless in the incident of injury, sickness, death, or loss of personal property.

Changes to Terms: We reserve all rights to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
